Surgical Innovations for Osteoarthritis

In a two part series on surgical innovations for osteoarthritis, two HSS surgeons and their patients will be featured tomorrow night, Oct. 27, and the following evening, Oct. 28, on NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams at 6:30 p.m. on ch. 4. Tomorrow night's segment covers total shoulder replacement with Dr. Edward Craig and two of his patients. The following night, Dr. Riley Williams' clinical research study on advances in cartilage repair will be highlighted. Two patients in different stages of the cartilage clinical trial are also interviewed along with an explanation of the study by Dr. Williams.
