Double-Level Osteotomy of Tibia for Lengthening and Deformity Correction

Sheila had an accident many years back that left her with a 2 1/2 inches of shortening and a varus flexion deformity of the tibia.

Post-Op

A double level osteotomy was done to address the entire problem. The Taylor Spatial Frame matches the deformity immediately after surgery.
