Total knee replacement for an unstable neuropathic knee

Jay suffered a spinal cord injury 20 years earlier and progressively developed pain and instability of his knee.

Post-Op

A constrained (hinged) knee replacement was done to reconstruct his subluxated, deformed, and arthritic knee. He is now walking well and with no pain.
