Total hip replacement for hip arthritis associated with deformity and leg length discrepancy

Pre-Op

Dan presented with a stiff painful hip as well as a one inch leg length discrepancy. He suffered from low back pain.

Post-Op

A non-cemented porous ingrowth total hip replacement with a metal on metal articulation was performed. Leg lengths were equalized. Hip mobility was restored.
