Bone Diseases

Bones support the body and the individual muscles that give a person the power to move. Bone is living tissue that regenerates throughout a person's life. After about age 20, people lose more bone tissue than they grow. Exercise and getting enough calcium and vitamin D in the diet are important ways to help maintain healthy bones.
