Alexa Bulavinetz, MSN, AGACNP-BC, CCRN is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at the Hospital for Special Surgery working with the Neurology Service. As part of her role, she helps run the ALS/MDA clinic. Prior to joining HSS, she served as a CN I in the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU) at New York Presbyterian Columbia for three years. Prior to that she worked as a RN on the Bone Marrow Transplant unit at NYP Columbia for three years.
Alexa obtained both her BSN and MSN from New York University. She is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) from the ANCC.
Alexa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking walks in Central Park with her Berne doodle puppy, Sarge, and traveling.
