Jae Eun Yoo, DNP, ACNP-BC, MSN, CPAN is an Adult Nurse Practitioner at the Hospital for Special Surgery working with the Metabolic Bone Service and Trauma Orthopedic Service.
Jae has been working in Metabolic Bone Service, Trauma Orthopedic Service and Anticoagulation Service at HSS since 2011. She specializes in clinical management of Orthopedic/Metabolic bone disease patients as well as surgical coordination. Additionally, she supports community health needs by providing patient care at the HSS Ambulatory Care Center clinic. She is involved with education and multiple research projects with Joseph Lane, MD.
Jae has various experiences as an acute care NP in multiple institutions in New York City, such as nephrology, vascular surgery service at NYU Langone, and pain management service at Lenox Hill hospital. Prior to that she had worked as an RN in acute care settings such as the Intensive Care Unit and Post Anesthesia Care Unit for a decade.
She is a current member of The American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the National Association of Orthopedic Nurses. Jae received both her DNP and MSN degrees from New York University.
Jae enjoys cooking, watching movies, and spending time with her family and friends in New York City.
