About Dr. Colucci

Dr. Philip Colucci is a musculoskeletal radiologist and former professional ballet dancer. After graduating from Juilliard, he was a soloist at Pennsylvania Ballet (renamed Philadlephia Ballet in 2021) and toured internationally with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago before retiring from the stage to transition into his career in medicine. After completing his musculoskeletal radiology fellowship at HSS, he joined the Hospital's Department of Radiology and Imaging.

Dr. Colucci balances his diagnostic and interventional clinical practice with teaching and research. He received the RSNA Fellow Research Grant to build an upper extremity peripheral nerve MRI atlas. His educational interests include MRI physics with an emphasis on clinical applications.
