MMA Weekly featured HSS sports medicine surgeon Answorth A. Allen, MD and his patient, former UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman, in a video about Weidman’s injury and recovery at HSS. According to the video, Dr. Allen successfully performed surgery to repair Weidman’s lateral menisci.
