He explained his recommendation and explained WHY he was recommending it vs. an alternative requiring an additional [ ]. His conservative approach to [ ] is so appreciated. It saved me from getting an unnecessary [ ]!! All of my many questions were answered knowledgeably in terms I can understand. I feel I am in good hands. On top of that… He is truly a nice guy! Brian, his PA is sharp, efficient, and so friendly. What a refreshing experience!
