Stephen Ranellone is an Exercise Physiologist on the Sports Rehabilitation and Performance Team at HSS. He attended Towson University for a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. He maintains his Certified Personal Trainer certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as certifications in Functional Range Conditioning and Functional Movement Systems.
Stephen brings a decade of experience working with diverse populations in both clinical and commercial settings. His broad clinical proficiency includes elite athletes, patients with neurodegenerative disease, cardiovascular and metabolic disease, and various orthopedic conditions. With a background in Strength and Conditioning, his expertise in high-level performance and complex movement patterns helps clients seamlessly transition from postoperative rehabilitation to return to sport. Stephen is motivated to help clients return to their favorite activities through education, empowerment, and leading by example.
