Moving Into and Out of the Overhead Position - Exercises for Right Unstable Elbow Recovery



Purpose

  • This video will show you how to safely move into the starting position for the Elbow Flexion/Extension and Forearm Pronation/Supination exercises.  

Starting position 

  • Lying flat on your back with the injured elbow supported on a folded towel. 

Tip

  • Use the hand on your uninjured side to safely guide your injured elbow.
