About Sarah Tryon, NP

Special Expertise

Sarah E. Tryon is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner  with specialty certification in Orthopedics.  She works collaboratively with Dr. Beth Shubin Stein in the Women's Sports Medicine Center at Hospital for Special Surgery.  Sara provides care through all patient settings.  In the office she manages non-surgical patients independently, surgical patients collaboratively, and assists in surgery in the OR.  She has mastered many injection procedures and specializes in knee and shoulder conditions, as well as elbow and ankle injuries.  

Sarah grew up in the Virginia DC suburbs and was an avid soccer player.  She captained her collegiate soccer team and continues to play in recreation leagues.  Additionally, she also enjoys competing in half marathons and triathlons. .
