All Physical Therapy appointments at PHLEX NYC are one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) for a full hour. Our integrative model of care includes:

PHLEX NYC is an out-of-network provider with most insurance plans, including Cigna, Aetna, Oxford, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare. We are happy to contact your insurance provider to verify your benefits, as well as submit claims on your behalf. Each PHLEX patient will have the opportunity to review their benefits with our Front Office Manager prior to their first session.
