CUNYAC Hosts 2017 SAAC Leadership Seminar at Baruch

Baruch College featured HSS sports clinician Joseph Janosky MS, PT, ATC and HSS young athlete coordinator Joseph T. Molony Jr, PT, MS, SCS, CSCS in coverage about their injury prevention presentation at the City University of New York Athletic Conference. The conference was for student-athletes and coaches to learn about sports safety.

During the presentation, Janosky ran the athletes through a three-point inspection, which teaches proper posture, core control and lower extremity alignment.

"I think this was a great opportunity because my clinical background is as a physical therapist and athletic trainer. The ability to come back to a college and work with student-athletes is fantastic. Their interest and enthusiasm is unparalleled and it made a presentation like this that much easier," said Janosky.
