Dr. Nicole Matar is a highly skilled pain management physician specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions. She offers both interventional and non-interventional treatments to help patients manage pain and improve their quality of life.
Dr. Matar earned her medical degree from George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences and completed her anesthesia residency at Columbia University / NewYork-Presbyterian, where she developed a strong foundation in pain management and perioperative care. She then completed an interventional pain management fellowship at Columbia / NewYork-Presbyterian, gaining specialized expertise in advanced techniques, including fluoroscopy-guided spine procedures, spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, and joint injections.
Dedicated to providing comprehensive care, Dr. Matar focuses on personalized, evidence-based treatments to address conditions such as chronic back and neck pain, herniated discs, radiculopathy, and osteoarthritis.
