Dr. Qiao is a board certified anesthesiologist specializing in regional anesthesiology. He completed his anesthesiology residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center where he also served as chief resident in his final year. Dr. Qiao subsequently completed his fellowship in Regional Anesthesiology and Acute Pain Medicine at Hospital for Special Surgery.
