Dr. Ahilan "Siva" Sivaganesan is a neurosurgeon who focuses exclusively on spine surgery. However, he believes that spine surgery should be a last resort. If surgery is required, Dr. Siva offers unique expertise in minimally-invasive, endoscopic, and robotic procedures. Dr. Siva cares deeply about his patients, and he strives every day to be the type of doctor he would want for his own loved ones. His is a national expert on maximizing value for patients, and he publishes and lectures around the country on this topic.
Dr. Siva completed his medical degree at the prestigious Rice-Baylor Medical Scholars Program in Houston, TX. He then completed his residency in neurosurgery at Vanderbilt, after which he completed an orthopedic spine fellowship at Hospital for Special Surgery and Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City.
