Michael Erickson PT, DPT, OCS, CKPT

Michael Erickson is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics, Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Geriatrics, a Kinesiotape Certified Practitioner, and Myofascial Decompression Certified. Michael can see patients via direct access (without a physician referral). His clinical interests include orthopedics and sports medicine, with a special interest in treating post-operative and non-operative cases especially of the knee and hips as well as various sports injuries in the realm of basketball, football, and rugby. Michael completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Pennsylvania State University and continued his graduate studies in physical therapy at the CUNY Graduate Center. As a former college rugby player, he has a specific interest in treating rugby players and has had a wide range of experience treating from high school to the professional level. Michael has over three years of sports medicine and orthopedic clinical experience in the private outpatient setting before joint HSS.
