Jamie Osmak, CSCS, FRCms, TPI, USGTF

Jamie Osmak is an Exercise Physiologist on the Sports Rehabilitation and Performance Team at HSS. He graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Jamie works with athletes of all types and ages, ranging from youth to professional level, recovering from a wide range of injuries. He has a special interest in the rotational athlete. Jamie regularly attends national conferences and has written for several major publications regarding sports performance and injury prevention. Being an avid golfer, you can most likely find Jamie on the course every weekend.
