• Poly methyl methacrylate processing, embedding of calcified tissues for light microscopy.            
  $ 50/sample
  $ 50/sample for sectioning and providing 4-5 slides per sample. Also provide 1-2 micron thick sections for FTIR analysis. FTIR windows provided by user.
  
• VIP tissue processor for processing and embedding non-calcified samples in paraffin.
  $100/VIP run; will process 45-50 samples per run.
  
• Paraffin block sectioning and staining: 
  $25/sample.  10-12 slides per block, with H&E, Alcian Blue or Safranin O stains routinely provided at no extra charge. 
  
• Immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded, formalin fixed tissues.  Primary antibody provided by user.  Blocking protein, secondary antibody and antigen retrieval (if needed) included in price:  $10/slide.
