If you or someone close to you has been diagnosed with lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, myositis, osteoporosis, or scleroderma, our social support programs can help. These programs are available to HSS patients and are often available to the public.
Support, education, empowerment, and advocacy are offered in English, Spanish, and Chinese through our national bilingual telephone peer support program, publications, and on-site group.
Through this free program, you can learn about your illness and learn to live more fully - both from health care professionals and from others who have the same illness.
HSS offers free support and education programs to people with rheumatoid arthritis and their family members, whether newly diagnosed or living with the illness for years.
These programs provide ongoing support, education, encouragement, and coping strategies to those affected by this life-altering disease.
This support group brings together people living with scleroderma, including family members and friends, to create a network of support and encouragement.
