Tibia Lengthening and Correction in a Child (pediatric) After Growth Plate Injury

Pre-Op

James fractured his tibia and injured the growth plate. He had an external rotation and varus deformity as well as 3 cm of shortening.

Post-Op

We did a double level tibia and fibula osteotomy using a Taylor Spatial Frame for gradual lengthening and correction.
