Correction of Complex Foot Deformity with Miter Taylor Spatial Frame and V Osteotomy
Pre-Op

This woman had an old clubfoot deformity since childhood.
Pre-Op
Hindfoot was in varus, Forefoot was in cavus, adduction, and pronation.
Post-Op
A V-type osteotomy of the foot was done in order to correct the hindfoot and forefoot separately. A miter spatial frame was used to perform a gradual correction.
Follow-Up
The frame was removed after 3 months.
Follow-Up
... and her foot is plantigrade.
