Dr. Arthur Yee is a rheumatologist with over 30 years of experience helping patients with a broad spectrum of rheumatic conditions, notably sarcoidosis, uveitis, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and gout. As Director of the HSS Sarcoidosis Collaborative, he partners with a wide range of highly regarded specialists to offer multidisciplinary care for patients with sarcoidosis and promotes programs to enhance patient education. He serves as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board and Peer Case Review Committee of the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research and is a board member of HSS’s Lupus Asian Network (LANtern). He lectures extensively on the topic of sarcoidosis to both physician and patient groups.
Dr. Yee earned his medical and doctoral degrees from the New York University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and a rheumatology fellowship at Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), where he currently practices. He is on faculty at Weill Cornell Medical Center and is an active clinician, educator and researcher who has a multitude of projects devoted to the advancement of care for patients with sarcoidosis.
