Our technologists are integral members of our laboratory team. Handling a wide range of responsibilities, this team does everything from maintaining essential supplies and preparing solutions and reagents to performing quality control and processing specimens. As a technologist at HSS, you’ll help build the foundation our healthcare professionals need to make critical care decisions. Using both manual and automated methods, you’ll perform a range of vital tests that produce accurate clinical and anatomic pathologic lab results, allowing us to operate at a higher level, every day.
As a phlebotomist, energy, expertise and enthusiasm are essential. Because here, it’s not just about collecting quality blood samples – it’s about ensuring our patients’ safety and comfort, too. In this position, you’ll be responsible for maintaining essential supplies, consulting with medical staff and determining and filling requests, all of which contributes to our success as a leading patient care provider.
